Great ladder, hooks on end help stabilize ladder, really like how easy it is to use and at 18 feet i can use one ladder on whole house.

The ladder fits in my small truck bed. I'm not stuck with the typical extension the would stick out of the gate. It so compact I get all my tools in at once. I've used this ladder on many job sites. It's the best investment for me. The perfect boost for it's size.

This ladder is great, light and very sturdy. Very easy to move around I have already suggested to friends it would be well worth the money for them to get one I purchased the 18.5 ft

I was looking for a well made, durable, collapsible, extension ladder with a good weight rating capacity. I did some online searching and eventually found this Vevor ladder. It's the perfect extension length for my "homeowner" needs. This ladder/company had good reviews from many who purchased one. I also have standard extension ladders as well. I have 28ft and 40ft ladders, which are too long and not easily maneuvered into tight areas. I've used this ladder several times now and have become accustomed to operating it and using it as it was designed to be utilized. This ladder is very well designed, heavy duty aluminum alloys, and very user friendly. The dual "one button" latching mechanisms are well thought out and easily actuated. It took me a few operations to become familiar with the method of collapsing the ladder when done with it. Pushing one button on the left side allows the ladder to disengage that side and move down away from the latch mechanism. Then pushing the button on the right side, while holding the ladder section with the left hand allows the right side to disengage and let the ladder section collapse into the section below it. You need to hold the ladder and move your hands above the section so you don't pinch hands/fingers. After a couple operations, you get the hang of it. It works very well, and as long as you're aware of the method, it's very easy and efficient. The ladder I purchased is about 18 ft. extended, and weighs about 39 pounds. The Velcro type nylon strap holds the ladder sections together when transporting, very well. I can easily pick it up, tucked under my arm and move it wherever I need it. The large bottom rubber feet provide a secure contact area on the ground. I would recommend you have someone "spotting" the bottom of the ladder when you're on it if it's on smooth, potentially slippery surfaces. I've used mine on asphalt driveways, wooden unpainted decks, etc., surfaces that are NOT typically slippery when dry. As with ANY ladder, you need to use common sense when setting it up and climbing. One note, that is mentioned in many other reviews, the distance between step rungs is about 16 inches or so, about 4 inches or so more than most "standard" step ladders. This is not a problem for my use. Of course, there is more distance if you open the top sections and leave the bottom sections collapsed. I usually open the ladder with the unopened sections at the top and leaving a minimum or no sections at the bottom. You need to insure the ladder is balanced properly top to bottom, depending on what you're leaning it against. Roof climbing should have several sections above the roof that are opened for easy access/holding on as you get on or off the ladder on a roof.You always need to remember you've got a longer step to the rung then you may be used to with "standard" ladders. Again, this is not a problem for my use.I'm over 6ft tall, so a longer step is fine. I think you'll be happy with this collapsible ladder.

We used these once and they worked fine. After the 1st use they would not move up or down. After 2 weeks, they were completely broken. Would not recommend.

So I actually really like this ladder. It’s convenient. It’s strong. It’s sturdy. At 6” tall and 215 lbs, I’m not a small dude. I’m not huge or anything… but not a tiny guy either. At no point have I ever felt unsafe on it. Never felt like it would collapse or bend or slip out from under me. Storage is great. Goes from 18.5 ft tall, down to roughly 3-4 ft. Can store it anywhere. However… it was supposed to come with the hooks at the top to grab onto the roof or whatever. Well I didn’t realize it immediately but once I did, I emailed customer service, was told I would get a set of hooks shipped to me… never happened. I have many VEVOR products. I like almost all of them. Price is generally fair or very good. Quality is usually above average or very good. But when it comes to getting everything you are supposed to, or fixing issues through customer service… it is not a good experience. I had an issue with a 500 lb dolly with the 3 smaller wheels on the backside to roll up and down stairs easily. Worked great until one of the wheel rims busted. Asked for another wheel I could put on, or just a dollar value I could purchase one from them… and was again told they could get me one… then told they couldn’t figure it out. Very frustrating. Very annoying. And it sucks because again, I have a TON of VEVOR products… 2 issues and both have been basically blown off.

I am a professional roofing, siding, etc. salesman. I use a lot of ladders. I bought this ladder. It's ok. This ladder will reach the edge of a standard two-story roof, but at the top rung. It bends substantially. It's not going to break, but it bends a lot and you have to be comfortable with that. I wouldn't want to do much work off of it though. Also the latches don't always engage all the way, so you have to make sure that you pay attention to each rung as you are extending it. It also collapses very quickly and abruptly. If you're a casual user, you could easily get a finger caught in there and smashed. Or someone like me who moves fast. I am definitely not going to use it as my daily ladder. I would return it but they're making the process very difficult. So I'm just going to keep it because I only spent $150 on it. I'll keep it in my truck for times where I need to get to the top of an easy two-story and I don't want to use my little giant which is a pain to extend to two stories.

The ladder is nicely compact and helpful. When fully extended, it feels flimsy and wobbles a lot. I would not be a 400-lb person going up that ladder, but it has been useful for small jobs around the house. I am 250 lbs and do not feel comfortable going up the ladder fully extended. Maybe if I were 200 lbs, it would not feel like it would give away.
