- How to Return the Original ProductStandard logistic returnWhen you ask for the return of ordinary parcels, you need to return them to the logistics station by yourself. - What happens after returning an item?After your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed by our staff to verify the item to be in good condition in an unopened box. Once confirmed we will then process your refund.
- How Long Does It Take to Get a Refund?If you pay by credit card, you will receive a refund within 3-15 days after receiving the refund email (according to the customer-owner credit card company transferring time). If you pay through Paypal, you will receive the refund in real time after you receive the refund email. If you pay through Klarna, it can take up to 14 days for the funds to show in your account depending on your financial institution.
