Max. working pressure 4000PSI at 8.5GPM and Min. working pressure 800PSI at 2GPM. Note: If there are large rocks in the area you are cleaning, please clean them before using equipment; otherwise, the stones will damage the water outlet. NOTE: The high-pressure washer equipment connected to the surface cleaner shall not be less than 1000PSI. Higher pressure brings a cleaner washing effect. The nozzles are very small, which is particularly easy to block. As long as one is blocked, none of the three will work.
  • 3 Jets Fast Cleaning: Our pressure flat surface cleaner is equipped with 3 high-speed rotating jets. These 3 spray nozzles are formed as a 25-degree design to provide faster and complete cleaning. I have a 3200 psi / 4 gal per min Cat Pump run by an 11hp Honda engine on my pressure washer. Although the GPM requirement will be met to run your 21” /3 nozzle rotary head, the 4000 psi is lacking. How much degradation in performance can I expect if I try and run your unit with what I have?

I'm not sure if you are still interested in the answer because you purchased in July BUT for ANYONE ELSE that want to know the CORRECT ANSWER here it is. In the description is states the MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ARE; 2000psi AT 3.5 GPM. So if you have a pressure washer that's 2700psi BUT your GPM (GALLONS PER MINUTE) is below 3.5 it will not spin properly if at all.

Will this work on rough concrete driveways? Can I get an email to request the manual?

Dear customer, for the issue, the answer is: This scrubber cannot be used on rough ground because there are pits or many small stones. When the machine is running at high speed, the stone will be rush up, causing the machine's rotating rod to break. We have uploaded the instruction to the bottom of the listing. 2700 psi isn't enough water pressure. You'll have to to use a pressure washer with 4000 or more psi. Or try a surface cleaner that requires less pressure.

Robust build, powerful machine!
We love this, and will never straight pressure wash another horizontal surface again. I didn’t even know this kind of machine existed, and wish we’d found it years ago. My husband didn’t put gutters on his barn when we built it, and the concrete in front of it gets green as well as generically dirty, every single year. Pressure washing by wand just isn’t worth the trouble and the time, but this makes the process efficient and supremely satisfying. We’re thrilled and highly recommend for concrete surfaces. Sometime this summer we’re going to empty the barn out and do the whole interior floor. We expect it to look like almost new because this does such a good job.

Really puts out great pressure
I used this to clean my front drive as well as my back patio going into my shop. Assembly was quite easy and with the supplied tool made it even easier. The wheels articulate and swivel in any direction making it quite easy to steer/maneuver. Make sure you follow the directions on the supply hose as if you get in too much of a hurry you may miss running it through the loop on the handle and have to disconnect the hose a second time to then run it through the loop… (unfortunately I am speaking from my experience). Overall a very solid and I would even say professional grade surface cleaner.

Wow!
You almost feel like you're going to rocket to the moon when you first fire this bad boy up! I've had smaller units from the big box stores but this feels professional! For it's size, it's fairly easy to maneuver and man does it cover some ground quickly! I did the drive in next to know time and felt like I should be covering the entire block since it went so quickly. The assembly is easy and with a good pressure washer this is a breeze. It is a little bulky to store but the convenience and capability make it worth while. I'm now able to do the deck, walks, and drive in about the same time it took to do just one of those in the past. Huge time saver and does a great job removing all the gunk that builds up over the course of 6-12 months.

Cleaned pool deck and 100 ft long driveway
I used this to clean my pool deck and 100 ft driveway. My initial thought was that this was not going to be any easier nor better than using a handwand. That assumption was quickly squashed as this made cleaning my pool deck at least 2x as fast as the last time I cleaned it, with similar results. While it works great, I did come across some issues that are not related to the tool, but worth mentioning to anything trying to use this in an area where the water hose run is very long. I noticed when using collapsable hosing at long distances, I would starve the unit out of its needed water pressure, and the unit would clean very well for a few seconds but then do a so-so job. I resolved this partially by switching to a hard hose, but it still wasn't 100% resolved until I got closer to my water source and using as shorter hose. This may be something specific to my situation, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Overall I would recommend this unit for cleaning concrete, as it makes the job easier and faster overall.

Works incredibly well do get rid of algae on our sidewalk
We have an annoying strip of our sidewalk that collects algae for some reason and I have slid across it several times, falling down once or twice. We have tried pressure washing it and it just cleans little lines through the algae. This cleaner cleans wide swaths of the sidewalk and we are super pleased with it. We have also used it to strip some paint off the concrete in our backyard, which was really nice.

Good value
This is essentially identical to the Karcher 15 inch surface cleaner but at a better price. Both have brass quick connect, steel spray tube underneath, and use plastic nuts to hold the assembly together. The brush skirt on these types allow them to float around when under pressure and work really well for cleaning deck and concrete surfaces without leaving lines like when using a wand. This unit also comes with extensions so the whole package makes it a good value.

95% pleased only thing is the hose fittings were a bit hard to find to get the set up to a quick connect on my hose...the handles could be a better but it works fine.......did a great job as long as you pay attention to your PSI and GPM requirements. I have a 4000psi 5 gal a minute and it worked great...get some rubber boots because your feet will get wet...

I bought this for my automotive shop floor. It cleaned great! I only had three complaints. First is that the two identical quick couplers that came with it didn't fit the handle inlet. I had to go to the hose supply store to find proper fittings. Second is that the water guard on the bottom doesn't work well enough to keep from spraying everything. It sprays anything that you're close to about 8 inches high. Lastly, the allen wrench that came to tighten the handle bolts on was a loose fit and didn't grip the Allen heads well, and the wrench that came in the bag to tighten the connections didn't fit over the hose fittings. Overall, I'd buy it again. It worked great!
