I purchased the 12 1/2foot collapsible ladder for home improvements and rentals maintenance. I liked the size for the value offered. I was initially put off by some of the negative reviews that this company received online. I needed to follow up on the shipping, then was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered soon after. I was also concerned about the construction of this latter. After owning it for about 2 months and using it for many different things, I am thrilled with it's light weight (my back isnt the best). Its construction is suitable for its purpose. I have confidence when I use it. I weigh about 200 pounds, and I don't think it is flimsy. I'm back now ordering solar panels. Keep up the good work!

Sturdy, just what I wanted.
I had to drill a couple of holes into the bottom of the plastic caps.
They are not letting the air out fast enough when you collapse the ladder.
So they popping off.
No biggie.
I like the telescoping extension ladder which works well with my Thor Vegas motorhome that doesn't have a ladder to reach the roof. This ladder makes it easy to reach to the top of the motorhome and is nice and sturdy. Also, it folds easily and stores in a small space. Would definitely buy again and recommend it for anyone looking for a sturdy and compact extension ladder.
