I have a Mac and this printer is really not reliable enough as far as the drivers go to make it worthwhile. I want a thermal printer that just works when I need it. Often if I'm shipping packages then it is on a schedule and I don't have time to be troubleshooting a non-working printer. The sample review printer arrived in good condition. It is a decent qualty printer as far as build quality and print performance. However as with a lot of generic thermal printers, the software just isn't as good as brand name versions. This printer probably works a lot better with the app on a smartphone. That may work for you if that fits your situation.

I purchased this to print instructions and video link labels. Honestly, I wish I got this before my Zebra printer, but that was years ago. This works great, I'm very happy with the label print quality of course the label itself is a factor here too. It's the perfect size for the desk too. The zebra printer is bulky and this thing is sleek and fits nicely on my desk without taking up too much room. I built a small holder for the printer that holds the label roll above so it keeps the footprint very small and efficient. On a side note, I've purchased a few other Vevor items, and I'm super happy with the brand. Their stuff is very well made for the price point.
