After 3 times the screws fell out of preassembled part. Luckily i git my mom out ok..The screws will not go back in. They sent a new unit, and i didn’t have to send the other back

My husband had surgery on his toe. The extension is perfect with the accessibility of the sliding and turns of the seat for him to use to move into the bathtub. And then used the chair to sit on after to get dressed. Very good purchase!

This item was ordered 3 months ago and never delivered. The carrier reported a “shipping exception”. Vevor declined looking into this issue and stated it would automatically send a replacement when the item was back in stock - approximate 4 months after original purchase date. The item was back in stock only 2 months later, but Vevor is refusing to send the replacement item, despite multiple discussions with its customer service teams for the past 10 days. (Vevor states that it has reached out to me by email about this issue in a separate email instead of following up in the existing customer service chat/email chain, but that email was not received and Vevor is not responding in the existing email chain.) Why has a replacement item not been shipped already within the last 10 days?

I needed as my daughter was coming home in a wheelchair after an accident. I odereded early but the item didn't ship until after the scheduled delivery date. I had th reach out asking why the shipping tracker was still saying it was waiting for item to arrive. I had to buy local and tried to return. This is the response I got. Broken before we even started!!! No way to stop the set for the Person to get on the bench for a shower. Not for the money had to get the simple bench set for the shower. To much money for a Broken bench and toooo late toooo return. Not a good but

works great, my mom loves it. she had to lift her small chair in and out. now this one she just sits and twirls and slide, so much easier.

Like it a lot. Its light weight, strong. It also handy for the way it moves for places that have little room. Thank the designer for us.
