Solid and strong. I should've bought the backrest too. The seat is wide and comfortable. The Hydraulics are smooth. I purchased this as an extra throne but it might become my primary. The lock-down nut is a bit loose and flimsy and will probably need to be maintained with lubricant.

Right out of the box this is just perfect. Seconds to set up. Easy height adjustment. Most comfortable throne I've ever owned.

I love this stool it is perfect for my bathroom "makeup counter"... I just put felt pads under the feet... what I am going to do with the drum sticks...??? I don't know yet... weird knitting needles ;-D

This drum throne is incredible for the price. My only smal complaint is that no matter what I do there’s still a slight wobble. But at this price point it’s quite alright. The seat is ultra comfortable. Nice and firm with plenty of break in capacity. Classic design, well executed.

This stool is a great deal for the price. It is comfortable. It is well balanced when sitting though it shakes a bit if you push on it.

I bought this for my boyfriend. He's a drummer and has a lot of back problems, but not anymore. This chair is very comfortable for him and eliminated most of the problems he was having while playing a 4-6 hour gig.

I absolutely love this stool, I don’t use it to drum I use it to create art in my studio. I sometimes sit over 5hours This has been so helpful

Let's get to the meat of it... I'm a chonky boi. I'm fluffy a bit. This thing seats me well and securely at over 300Lbs. It moves and swivels so well when I'm on it, it really is great for those larger than average drummers or anyone who needs a throne like this. The materials all feel really nice and quality like it will last and it looks nice to boot, everyone thinks I spent four times what it costs on it! A very nice product!
