Absolute garbage. I used it once ran up for 5 minutes and the fuse blew. I replaced it with a fuse that it came with and it will not fire up again. Customer service is absolutely the worst I've seen.

Unit arrived in a timely manor. Set it up and first time plugging it in everything kicked on but as soon as it started heating it would display an error code 5 and immediately shut down the heating cycle. I put in a ticket with Vevor and they did respond in a timely manner. However they don't stock any parts and so getting parts takes about 2 weeks. They first said it was the circuit board fand and now they are saying it is the circuit board it's self that is bad. At this time I have not received the new circuit board so I don't know if that will fix it but hoping so. This is the second furnace I have purchased of this same type and the first one works great. I just drew the lemon this go around. Would appreciate a little better quality control.

It's difficult to write a review of an item that does not work. Plugged it in, turned it on, and no information was displayed regarding temperature, nor could I adjust the temperature. I would have thought items would be tested prior to shipping. I hope Vevor does the right thing and replace it promptly.

The product works ok, but because Vevor uses fedex instead of a shipper that’s competent, it always involves far more time and hassle than it should. Switching to a competent shipper would solve the problem. FedEx sucks, and Vevor sucks for using them. I will no longer buy from Vevor as long as they use incompetent fedex.

Too bad it wasn't working when I received it When I communicated this, I had to open the smelter and found out that they forgot to connect a wire causing the digital display not lighting up.

Works great for melting all my scrap metal. Not to mention the money I save on biting metal. Great price as well.

Great smelter, stays max temperature . Very good for temperatures exceeding 2000 degrees. Very easy to use . And came as advertised. No disappointment on my end.

A very versatile induction furnace. Programmable for easy use with most soft metals. I use it mainly for silver and bronze jewelry casting, but it works well with gold, tin, aluminum, brass and pewter as well. The crucibles lasted a while and replacements are easy to find. One of my favorite purchases from Vevor.

Not a bad unit at all and it has worked without fail these last two months. I am just hopeful for some long term usage. Id love to do a follow up later as to speak about longevity.
