Fantastic Slicer

I wanted to use it a few times before reviewing and I have to say, this slicer does not disappoint. It’s on par with most all commercial deli slicers that cost 3 times (or more) as much. A tremendous upgrade from the cheap “home” slicers available at department stores. Easy to use, simple cleanup, solid performer. Overall 5 out of 5 for me.

Terrible Watranty Service

I bought this unit and the second time I used it the switch would not latch on. So we go through the video showing them that it does not work. Next problem is the video format they will accept. Thus you need to contact them and the only way to do that is through chat. Every communication is a three day wait.for an answer. Two weeks later I just received another message they are contacting the manufacturer, add another three days from today.

This a very solid slicer - we have been very pleased with it. Easy to use and clean. We were not sure initially if are going to us it often enough, but we stopped buying pre-sliced meat since we started using it.

I've done beef for jerky, onions, lunchmeats, tomatoes, etc. Slices thru anything like butter. I highly recommend this!

It slings meat everywhere and does not go back far enough to get all of your bacon in the tray to slice up

Excellent just what we wanted. We used it to slice our Christmas ham and cheeses. I ordered a greenhouse and chain saw from them If they are as good as the slicer I'll be over the moon.
