The machine paired great with a Vevor stainless stand. It operated well - we needed to adjust the temperature to get our recipe to slush. Once we had it set, it operated beautifully.... Easy to clean. One tip is to use food-grade lubricant on the edge of the hopper. This allowed us to easily place the hoppers back into the gasket.

I do not like this machine at all. It’s a real pain to take apart, clean and reassemble. I have strength issues with all my ailments so it’s not for the weak! I bought two ninja slushi machines that are much easier to clean and assemble and don’t use this. Used it twice. Top lid never fit on one of them at all. Wasted money.

I love my Margarita machine, we had margaritas in one side and slushies for the kids in the other side. They were both the perfect consistency and the machine was easier to clean than I expected. Very Happy with my purchase!

I am really happy with my purchase of the Vevor Margarita machine. I had trouble with the temperature not being cold enough to keep the margaritas frozen so i reached out to customer service. Within 24 hours they sent me a video how to set the temperature lower and it’s perfect.

The machine comes with zero guidance on how to use it. I purchased a daiquiri machine and the instructions say “do not use alcohol”. Service is absolutely horrible. Vevor keeps sending emails that my inquiries have been resolved but nobody ever contacted me to address them. Worst customer service of any product I have ever purchased. Need to send back.
