Pretty solid but need to distribute weight properly. No safety pin or latch but works great with a small jack stand for safety. Top plate tends to lean towards rear but placement of jack stand will correct it. Other than that it does what it supposed too👍. Might replace the jack stand with small bottle jack in near future.

I've had this lift for about 1.5 years and only used it 5 times to work on my Harley. The last 2 times I used it, the lift will not hold a position. I raise it about 3-4 inches and don't lock it down because I don't need it that high. The lift comes down within 2 minutes with the motorcycle on it. Without the motorcycle it still comes all the way down in a couple of hours. I've tried contacting customer service by email on their website to see what the problem is but the email comes back as \"undeliverable\". I did get a response to send a video but email keeps coming back as undeliverable. No phone contact. I like the lift, but good luck contacting CS.

Works. If you are using on a bike lift, don't get this model, get the one without the frame struts and rubber pad instead. The bike can slide around on the smooth surface on this style. Also the little kickers on the sides are of no use, just puts the jack in the way, for oil pans, on a lift.

I actually bought this not for a motorcycle but to use as a lift on a heavy power tool. I’ve got a Jet planer on the lower level of my workbench and I use the lift to raise it up when I need to use it. The drive works great with a drill and socket, smooth motion and very stable.

Over all the quality is ok. Had to go to the hardware store to purchase appropriate sized cotter pins and a missing screw to attach the handle to the unit. Bottle jack pedal was twisted in manufacturing but usable. Operation is good, nice and sturdy.

Perfect a tad on the tall side needed to work it under the bike but it got the job done. Lowers quick so go slow. On the heavy side but that keeps the cost down.

I had been looking for one of these for a while but didn't want to spend the money other places wanted for their unit. I saw Vevor's price on their offering and also liked the idea of the saddles for contacting uneven areas to lift the motorcycle safely. The jack does a very nice job lifting the bike for safe maintenance access. Great platform size, features, price, and easy to use. Highly recommend!
