Seem to be good quality. Welds look decent. I recommend spraying some lubricant on the screw before using. Makes it work more smoothly.

Works good for shoring up porch and out building. Quality is good. I plan to order a few more for supporting building where settling is occurring in Sandy soil.

Bot 2, 10 ft post jacks- each had a base plate that was not square with post bottom- one could be a fluke… but two shows a pattern of poor quality. Will not buy your products again and will tell others to beware your quality or lack of

Largest issue is the rod that comes with it just bends when the pier actually starts taking any sort of real load and you can’t use a crescent wrench or anything like that in place cause there is no flat area for a wrench to hold to. I knew these would be lighter duty but I’m annoyed I can’t get any real load on this.

Product works as entended, good to shore up walls or porch supports. Happy with results. Paint in rotating points in base makes it hard to turn the screw post. Put grease on spin point in base before using.

I use it with a 4x4 to support a lean- to as I complete the surrounding ground.. Stays where I set it and the pre drilled holes help with anchoring. I'll be buying another soon
