Your ad says this is 13" wide. But when I clicked on the product, it said it's 14" wide. Which is it?

Solid build and relatively easy to install. I used 10 sets of these in variety of widths and heights. To install, Assemble on the counter then place in desired position without the bottom mat. When in place mark the screw holes in the middle of the "wide" slots. After marking, remove the tray from the rails and screw the rails into place where you marked. Then easy peasy pop the tray back into the rails. Dividers help to keep items from sliding around. The bottom mat keeps things from poking through. Note the two tier model can have the top tray height adjusted to allow for differing heights of contents but the overall height of supports does not change. In the photo, the "cracker" tray was lowered to fit a slightly shorter shelf space.

Excellent Value!
The price/quality of these slide out drawers is excellent. As is, they mount on flat surfaces easily. With a very minor modification and appropriate mounting structure(s), they also easily mount to vertical surfaces inside of cabinets. Care must be taken that they clear doors, frames, etc., since they are a full 20 inches wide. My applications required 12 of theses drawers, and I am totally satisfied with my purchases so far.

I installed two of these, and it couldn't have been much easier. The most difficult part is screwing the legs in the back, but that's my hand-eye coordination in a tight space. Slides are sturdy, glide smoothly but not too smoothly (in other words, no worries about slamming). The plastic cover and wire dividers are a nice touch.

Huge space saver
I should have bought this year's ago. I had a big cabinet that had a useless pull out cutting board in it. I removed it and started using the area for storage. This device gave be so much more storage space and the drawers glide out wonderfully. It was a bit aggravating assembling it but I had a friend help. If you aren't great assembling things, have someone with talent help.
