Easy to put together and once complete its pretty solid little cat house. I insulated it a little better and placed it outside for the ferals that roam my neighborhood. So far its done what it is supposed to.

Loved this cat house and is so cute, but Some of the wood is so soft up under the roof area that while putting it together broke. I managed to find a way to fix it enough that I could still open the roof but that shouldn't have happened
