This wheel chock is of good build quality. There were no instructions included and the hardware was loose in the box.
I had to scrounge for nuts bolts pins and washers.
I did go together without instructions so maybe not needed. I did not have problems in assembly. I did have to place a thin piece of wood just before and just after the rotating wheel holder to accommodate the weight of a touring Harley Davidson (900+/- lbs.)
All in all, I'm satisfied; its stable and it feels secure even without strapping it down. However, safety first!
