Cable and handle feel nice, the buttons to control time delay and amperage feel extremely cheap. Like pushing them 3 times and they feel broken. Thankfully there’s an app that can control it. Was easy to set that up and now I never need to use the physical buttons. Which is good because they feel broken.

Worked right out of the box. I had overheating issues with the OEM charger, but this one works with no problem. For my application, I appreciate that the cord is quite long. I'd like to get a second wall mount, as I have two residences, but haven't been able to. But, as the price is one fifth of an OEM replacement, I may just purchase a second unit. (Or improvise!)

I had to replace the original charger as it failed. The Vevor is nicer than the original and is set up to work on 120 or volts, with a simple cord adapter. I took advantage of that and installed a 240 outlet, and my Volt is charging twice as fast, and more efficiently. The parts seem high quality, the cord less tangle prone than the original and the mount for the charging station is a simple improvement. I'm very pleased.

No longer have to drive my charger to my other home... Great price and does the job well...

Escape phev only accepts 16A at 240v so 20A charger was all I needed and a 20A circuit is an easy install. I bought a 2nd one.

Nice product , works well . 16 amps is plenty for overnight charging. Good for the battery.

Once we had an outlet installed the unit worked as planned and is now charging vehicles as expected. The only complication we had was that it shipped with a four wire plug that was incompatible with the other uses for our outlet. I took the chance and we cut the plug off, found that only three wires were connected, as expected, and replaced it with a three wire 240 volt plug compatible with the outlet. That's working well, and maybe useful for many US customers to know that even though it comes with a four wire plug, only the 240 volt pins and the ground are actually connected. Is there for possible to connect it to a 240 volt outlet without the common lead.

Wow less than 48 hrs at the door and post man handed to me. Check contents and seems in good shape will plug it in next week for install. This company has there act together not like some other foreign companies. Upgraded the E.V. charger at a great price will let u know how the install goes....

The unit does what it's supposed to do, but the adapter for a 20-amp circuit has a plug with the horizontal tab for the outlet on the right. My dedicated 20-amp outlet has the horizontal tab on the left. I had to buy the proper plug for my outlet. Other than that it works fine.

The charger works just as the one I received with the dealership. So far it’s been working well. Only thing I would’ve liked if it could charge faster. Otherwise, It’s doing the job
