This is one of the ripper teeth encorperated with a 2 inch reciever tube. The design is good, it even has a shear pen, that should work in the hard rocky soil I live on. A powerful tractor and a large rock should shear the pin rather than bend the shank even though the shank is light...we wil see. For the money I am willing to try it. I want to use this to bury camera and alarm cable behind my tractor. I may see if I can put a spool system to drop the cable as I drive......the possibility should be easy to achieve with shank.

Pleased for the price

Initially Vevor failed to get me the ripper anywhere near the timeline in which the order was supposed to arrive. In fact it hadn't even shipped several days after it was due to arrive. That said, vevor went above and beyond to rectify this situation and now that I have the product it has performed nicely. It significantly reduced the time needed in digging the trench for me and the hook shows no signs of bending despite being driven its full length into hard packed dirt. The price was competitive for what I got and customer service was exceptional. In the future I imagine I will be purchasing more vevor items.

Great product

It was a great product well worth the money and very strong. Independent I use it to pull pipe into the ground, but it can be used for a whole Lotta different things.

Good for light/smaller tractor

Worked OK on my Kubota BX24 tractor . . . Used it to cut a trench about a foot down to lay a 3/4” water pipe and electrical wire about 200 feet to my greenhouse. Slow going . . . ground is quite rocky. Held up fine. Plan on trying it out cutting and pulling some tree roots and smaller stumps. Likely not robust enough for professional or daily hard use. Perhaps . . .

Great tool for the price

Just what I needed for my compact 24hp tractor. I needed to level out some ground for a container. Front bucket would have taken hours to accomplish. Was afraid a box blade would have been too much for a small tractor. This ripper slices through roots and small rocks mid to full deep with not much trouble. Great for loosening up the ground and cutting up roots. Loose in the hitch, will need to shim and use larger pin for hitch lock.

Excellent tool! I was able to add a sheer to it and dig a small ditch and bury a wire with ease. I would highly recommend!

I was impressed!

I have a 3 point tractor, I needed to dig a 1000’ underground fence trench. We’ll I’m not so young anymore, they recommend a shovel! Well the 3 point rippers are expensive. I’m cheap. But I have a trailer hitch for my 3 point. It came today and I did my trench in 20 minutes. I do have a tractor with draft control which made it easy to set my depth and leave it. Worked great! I was also impressed it came with extra shear pins, and extra tooth. I hit some decent sized roots and they didn’t even slow it down. Keep in mind I was only about 6-8” down. But I think it would go deeper easily. Some of the roots were 3-4”. My first thought was if the tractor wouldn’t work I’d use my SUV with adjustable ride height. Which probably would have worked as well. Overall it gets an A+++ for my needs.
