I like the size of the ice maker and the amount of Ice that it makes and the speed in which ice is made. The cleaning cycle is a plus very easy and keeps machine from getting dirty. Very quiet and ice is just like familiar fast food restaurants.

I have to start out by saying the first one we received did not work, however VEVOR came through and replaced the bad unit. This countertop ice maker does a great job at making ice and making it quick. The ice is perfect for drinks, it's small nuggets that are chewable. My family takes iced water to work and school everyday and when we get home as well, we use a lot of ice. This unit keeps up with our heavy use. My one piece of advice is be ready to clean the unit weekly. There is a metal mesh filter screen in the bottom right of the water tank that collects particles and must be cleaned to keep the unit working without "squeeling" sound issues. We use a steam cleaner that has a small wand attachment designed for grout that easily cleans this screen. We clean it every Sunday evening, and found this cycle keeps it running smooth. I recommend this unit, as it's size - price - output make it ideal.

I just received it today so I am going to let it sit until tomorrow before I do the initial cleaning, but it looks beautiful. It's a lot heavier than I expected. I buy a lot of bags of ice from the store since we don't have room in our freezers or a level surface for ice cube trays. This is strictly being used for personal use and I can make enough for a few days and put the ice in a 2 gallon zip lock bag. This is the exact model I wanted and the price was significantly lower than any other like model and the reviews (the few and the mighty) are much better than the other models. I finally gave in and made the purchase. Very happy that I did because it will pay for itself in a shorter period of time. I haven't used it yet, so I can only speak to the appearance and structure of this ice maker. It's a sturdy, aesthetically appealing appliance and very heavy, but I love it. I tried to upload pics, but I don't think that it worked. We shall see.

I was pleased to find a counter top ice maker that would produce enough ice for our needs. This was a much more economical option that a commercial style ice maker. We have been using it for a couple weeks now and so far so good. The little pellet ice is perfect.

From day one my GE opal was problematic. At well over 1/2 the price, this machine is hands down better. Don’t even think twice, buy it over the crap Opal

Bought this for behind our bar. We now use it for all of our ice. Family of 5 and it keeps up with our needs.

I absolutely love the ice machine & the pellet ice but it started making a loud noise & I live chatted with Vevor on 2/8/24 & have been live chatting & calling since then & it's still not resolved. I just want to return it & try to order another one. So I love the machine but the customer service, not so much :(

This thing makes tons of Chik-fil-A style ice! It is a little noisy, but the quality of the ice is worth it.

Had the Vevor ice maker hooked up to the reverse osmosis system and we now have Sonic ice 24/7. I highly recommend the Vevor brand.

We are very happy with the nugget ice maker and the quality and quantity of the ice it provides. The only downside is that it is a bit loud. I still want to hook up the auto-fill hose and love that it has that capability.
