I purchased the 1600 watt 22" flat top griddle to replace a Blackstone E-Series 17" griddle. The Vevor outperforms the Blackstone in any which way imaginable. First time using it I powered up to around 300F. Then increased to a bit over 420F and applied 4 coats of avocado oil for the seasoning. Since then I have cooked on it about a dozen times and absolutely love it and look forward to each next cook. It does make a little bit of noise when preheating, but nothing too gnarly. All around I highly recommend this product. I even gave it a great review and cooking examples on my YouTube channel: The Food Experience.

Love it. Great Price - Fast Shipping = Fun to use outdoors no smell from grilled food in my home. And no grease splatter on my stove top. I built a cover for it. I use the griddle under a covered patio. So no weather problems.

We purchased this griddle for use outdoors - after having a cover made for it out of stainless steel - it is the perfect addition! It makes PERFECT burgers and other meals - quick and easy. It is large enough to accomodate multiple entree's and sides at the same time!

I use this every day during the summer in my B&B to fix breakfast for the customers. It gives excellent service. The only improvment I would suggest is the use of electronic temp controls instead of the standard Bi Metallic temp controls as they normally last longer and are more accurate.

The thermostat started having problems shortly after the warranty ran out. I'm still giving it a 5 star rating because I contacted the manufacturer through their website and even though the warranty was expired they are still sending me parts for free so I can try and fix it myself. I would definitely buy from this Vevor again.

Overall, not bad, takes forever to heat up. Also, it takes forever to cool off. The right side of the griddle doesn't get as hot as the rest of the service.

First, the bad thing: the dial has no relation whatsoever to any actual temperature. Use a thermometer, figure out what the dial settings are, and write yourself a little chart of what temperature it will actually reach. Now for the unreserved awesomeness: This is so much better than a nonstick griddle that has to be absolutely BABIED and will STILL get sticky over time. This is a hunk of steel that gets hot, and you can use metal scrapers and actually treat it like a griddle. And because you can actually scrape it, it doesn't get sticky like the \"non-stick\" griddles. Ditch any thoughts of a nonstick griddle you may be entertaining and get this instead. You can drop a pile of shredded cheese straight on the griddle, let it crisp, flip it, and then spread it on a burrito. This lets you do most of the stunts you may have watched in a southern california taco shop, at home. The yakisoba I make on this? Better. Quesadillas? Just the perfect amount of crispiness. The only thing to consider over this might be a slightly larger or smaller version of the same griddle, and that comes down to how much space you've got available. I find that it is just SLIGHTLY too small to do two tortillas and a pile of meat at the same time, whereas a few inches larger would be fine for that.

This little electric griddle cooks better than my 21” Blackstone. After 5 yrs of semi-full time RV’ing with a Blackstone griddle, I switched to this electric griddle. The cooking surface has a more consistent and controllable heat and is easier to clean than the BS griddle. In addition I don’t need to carry propane for it. It is smaller and lighter than the BS making setup and storage easier. I highly recommend this griddle!!!
