Hard to take apart when received and 2 out of the 6 came a little bent and beat. But the quality of the product was good .

We really liked this. It has been very useful. It kept our food very warm. In fact, one day we didn't heat up the food before we put it in. We took the food out of the refrigerator and put the food directly in the warmer. One hour later, the food was steaming. The one thing you need to do is to wipe the water off after every use. This helps keep the rust off. We bought these a year ago. We used them multiple times. I will definitely purchase more in the future.

LOVE these chaffing dishes when I am using them! I only wish they collapsed better for storage. They take up a lot of space as they do not fit back into the original box without dismantling.
