Q: I have to lower (winch down) an electrical assembly and winch up another one for installation.
Will this VEVOR Manual Winch Stacker also be suitable for winching down the load? Can I use it to winch down as well as winch up with ratchet control or some other way of making sure a heavy load does not fall to the ground?
