I have always kept my cast iron skillet in the oven. But recently have begun using more cast iron and now have a cast iron skillet, griddle, pizza pan, small wok with a lid and iron kadai and tawa pans. It's a lot to pull out of the oven every time you want to use it; so when I saw this, it was the perfect solution. Easier to get to than if I had to put it in a cabinet and even the thought of putting cast iron on a hanging pot rack brings visions of a Laurel and Hardy type scenario. Love the design and was thrilled to be able to fit my 14" double handled pizza pan on it, while it will not fit within the other shelves, it does fit on the top one because of the open design and gave me a great place to store my tea kettle when not in use. This is not an easy product to assemble; do not attempt it solo. Only real concern with this product are the feet are not bent to the same degree so it would not sit straight; in my photo it is currently upside down until I can get someone to help me bend one of the legs. Wasn't worth my time to disassemble it to send back for an exchange and reasssemble, and it will be a fairly easy fix with someone a bit stronger than I. ...See more See less
