Q: Will this attach to the back of a ladder rack. Yakima hd outpost to be specific.
A: When in use, the rear tent needs to be placed behind the car's hatchback trunk and fixed to the wheel hub with webbing. The product should not be installed on the "back of the ladder rack".

I really like the awning, but you should tell people it has your big advertisement in high orange letters. Kind of makes them ugly. You could find a better way to advertise. Maybe just a small ad on the end on the side maybe 4x5 inches people will still see it.. for me it's a no purchase with something I purchase from you unless it stinks the ad size and use a little better color instead of orange. As far as the product it's great. I took black vinyl paint and covered your ad and pretty sure lots of people do because it is just too much. So think about redesigning your ad. Because as for mine you have no ad now. Thanks for great product just to much on the ad and color of the ad. Would of gave a 5 without the large ad ...See more See less

I love the awning. However, it took me a long time to get it installed because the brackets that it comes with are meant for factory style racks and I have a rack system that I added to my vehicle. This would be perfect if there were other options for mounting brackets. ...See more See less

This awning is excellent for providing a little shade or protecting you and your stuff from the rain. I wish I’d ordered the larger size for a little more coverage but I’m still 100% happy with it. The install was straightforward despite my vehicles crossbar challenges (stripped bolts, bad vehicle design). I mounted mine low in order to still fit it in the garage. The pics show a mounted roof rack which is independent of the awning and does not interfere. Overall it’s very easy to set up by yourself (if you’re tall enough). Great product! ...See more See less
