Questions and Answers
Q: How will well water affect product performance/longevity/warranty? Bought a unit from amazon in February '23 and the bottom is chipping. We run this approximately 3-4x per day... suggestions?
A: Generally, tap water is used, because I don’t know the composition of your well water. You said there is a gap at the bottom. Is the gap leaking? Put a dry cloth on the bottom of the machine, fill the inner tank with water, and let it stand for 12 hours to see. Check whether the dry cloth is soaked to judge whether there is leakage in the liner.
