Here are all of the things I give 4 of 5 stars -Price -Make quality -Protective packaging for shipping -Durability of the arms -Instructions The price is fair but not great, the make quality is fair but not great. My package survived a puncture but only because of it's location. Couple inches the other way I've got a chipped table top. Comes with two arms, and the only mounting instructions are a template keeping them equidistant, but they don't align with standard spaced studs, so they want between 1 and 2 of these arms to be in the drywall. That's ludicrous for a surface of this size that will have items placed atop it. So I was limited to placements that would get both into a stud while keeping them relatively equidistant. I found, as did other reviewers, that you really need an extra set of hands when putting this together. Table to is heavy, brackets kind of light for the size and weight of the table. For me, not a problem as I put it beside the workbench to basically give more table top for projects I working on that may have to be set aside while waiting for a parts delivery, and a place to put any special tools needed for a project so I don't always need to hunt through the tool box for that special tool. Would have been nice to have pre-drilled holes, but on the other hand, it does give a little leeway to adjust an inch or so to get support on wall studs. ...See more See less

We installed this in our tiny utility closet to hold our laundry materials. The white color blends in well with the white walls. This has saved us enough space to put other important items like our vacuum and mop in the closet. I imagine that for those who use this in a workshop, the folding feature is a game changer. This wall mounted folding table is a great idea and space-saving. The table top material is thick and in good quality. The brackets that came with it looked a bit small but they work. However, I would recommend keeping many and heavy items on top as not sure if it was designed for such use. When installing, I'd also recommend mounting the brackets to a stud beam behind the wall for better support as the table top itself is heavy too. ...See more See less

So, there was a major issue with the delivery of this item for me and that is absolutely no fault of the seller/Amazon. The delivery issue led to me getting a damaged item. However, that aside this is a good piece. My husband was able to get it mounted without the included guide (which was ruined in the delivery) and we are still able to put it to use despite the damage.
