I am very disappointed in the quality control at Vevor , I received a dead on arrival unit which produces no steam and is always buzzing constantly, i opened a ticket for it with proof of video , and now being asked to change the circuit board after waiting another 10-15 days , this is not the support i expect from Vevor. Love this steamer! I was looking for a steamer to clean with that i didn't have to hold all of the weight of the machine and water in it. I needed one that i just had a hose or wand to hold. I have arthritis and holding something with a lot of weight for too long can make my wrists hurt really bad. I loved that this steamers has the wand so I can put the machine on a counter or floor, which doesn't put a lot of weight on my wrists.
