Was skeptical at first to order this, lots of mixed reviews. I pulled the trigger and I am glad that I did. The shipping was fast, and setup was super easy. The hardest part was peeling all the protective wrap off the aluminum pieces before the first use. Once I got it all setup I placed water in it to make sure it didn’t leak anywhere and was pleasantly surprised that I discovered zero leaks. The unit heats up quickly and keeps temperature very well. After about 8 hours of continued use there was very little water loss and it kept multiple steam table pans hot. ...See more See less
