I purchased 2 units, first one worked wonderfully and is quick tootemperature and relatively easy to use. The second unit developed a leak within 2 hours of use. Vevor sent me troubleshooting, expected me to tear the unit apart and make repairs. When I finally told them "enough" and demanded a refund, they relented into sending a new pump that is supposed to be the source of the leak. they say they are sending a part, but it has not been received yet. A buyer should be aware, this stuff is cheaper for a reason. 50:50 for me on the unit being operational. They are easy to get in touch with through your account, but they will try to get you to fix any issues yourself.

I have compared these to other first buy chillers, this is the best price. I have been using mine for 6 months and no issues.

Good fountain for price
This fountain is awesome. It looks modern, doesn’t take up a lot of space, and as advertised it is very quiet. Filters are convenient to order and easy to replace.

Clean and well-designed
Extremely easy to use and clean. My only complaint is not being able to see the internal water level but you can tell when you pick it up if it's running low.

So far so good!
Come packaged in plywood. shipping was like less then 10 days. Could of been sent to the moon and been okay. So far so good with operation, will do update once fully in use.Update: This isnt cooling at all reaching out to them right now ill update on there customer service.Update 2: Now is fully functional. liquid is now cooling very happy! Always reached back within a day and we found the problem relatively fast.

best price for a small unit
I have compared these to other first buy chillers, this is the best price. I have been using mine for 6 months and no issues. It could definitely use a better circulator and chiller unit but I can't expect much for $900. I use this for running soxhlet extractors. I can really only one at a time with water extractions. I can usually run two extractors at once with an alcohol extraction because it has a lower boiling point and doesn't over heat the unit.My wish is it would have a higher pressure circulator but again, compared to $5000 starting units, this is pretty good and can hold low temps pretty consistently. I use around 50-70% isopropyl alcohol with it.
