Never relived chair. UPS said the package was damaged and I had to sign for it. They tried to deliver it but didn't knock on my door. I have no idea where it is. Please refund my money. this is bullshit. Wayne Deibel

Spouse was involved in an accident and wasn't able to put any weight on her left leg. We have a 4 level house and this has made it possible to quickly get her up and down the stairs.

The product is good but would like to see more operational instructions related to moving patients up and down stairs. The device seems to require a large landing when transporting up stairs. The treads work well and the device seems well made.

The chair worked great helping my family member up and down the steps but after 1 month of use the battery wouldn't hold a charge anymore. I sent en email to customer service a few days ago but haven't heard back.
