I ordered this to fix a 4 inch main sewer line that was filled for days after a couple of teenage boys didn't believe me when I told them to use the bathroom somewhere else for a few days. It was exactly what was needed and could also be used in a commercial application just the same.

I want to thank you for such an excellent product. I used it this weekend to unclog the bathroom sewage pipe. It worked really really well. Without this machine, there would be no way to unclog the pipe by myself, since I pulled out some cloth-like stuff and a lot of smashed plastic from the sewage pipe (I was shocked by those stuff in the pipe). The machine is very easy to operate. Thank you again.

Worked great cleaned the drain out. Had several companies come out to do it. The next morning it was stopped up again. It has been over a month and it is still good. Love it and so happy that I don't have to pay someone to do it. They said it was cleared and it was not.They just wanted the money. I will never call a plumber again! Thanks again.

It works really good and is a nice quality and very strong i higly recomended and is not that heavy

I didn't receive an invoice is my only complaint as I need this to send to corporate office. I submitted a ticket for this but have not received any response yet. Other than that, the product is great

I am very pleased with the performance of this tool. I found it very effective and the price was affordable, much less than the cost of a contractor.

Good buy. Instructions could have said belt goes around the snake frame. Included gloves are rubber, good for pulling snake out. But NOT good for feeding or pushing into drain pipe. As instructions say need leather gloves for feeding. Worked fine for my purposes. I purchased the 1/2 inch snake. The 3/8 inch snake & frame could be purchased as an attachment, I think. Thereby, having two size snakes if needed or wanted.

This message is not about what i bought.It is about the aweful customer service!!! This is still not open,I have been waiting for a return address label. I want to order the 100 foot ,as i did not see it when ordered the 75 foot. Customer service is a big deal,and you are lacking it.
