I purchased this and also purchased a set of calibration weights. It seems to be pretty accurate. I wanted this to make an accurate measurement of curing salt for curing pork to make bacon and ham. It seems to pretty accurate.
Great product for the price, works very well both on 120v AC and on a 9v battery, seamlessly switch between them just by unplugging & plugging it back in. Easy to calibrate with the provided weights.
I bought this for my small business (skin care) and it works great! The large platform allows me to weigh everything in bigger bowls, which was necessary in scaling my business.

I use this piece of equipment to measure 2-part epoxy resins for casting parts in silicon molds. I've had no issues with it so far in the 1+ year that I've owned it. I calibrate it every now and then, not out of necessity but as part of my maintenance procedures. I would recommend this to anyone who needs it.

Functionality like a much more expensive scale. Backlight is great. Optional 9v battery operation is equally fantastic as it allows for field use. Accuracy & Precision are both incredibly good as was compared with 3 other lab-grade scaled.Best low budget option by leaps & bounds
