Vevor 36" excavator thumb exceeded my expectations. Welds appear to be very solid and overall very solid. Everything is square. Some slop in pins/holes but tight tolerances are not needed. I used this on my CASE 580 extendahoe. I welded the smaller 6" mounting pad at the bottom of the inner tube of the dipper arm and the longer bracket to the outer tube. By doing this I can fold the thumb by extending or retracting the dipper arm. I remove it when not using the thumb.

Made backhoe much more useful.

the thumb is heavy duty and easy to install but the pins are too small [1" pins but holes are 1 1/4" ] very slopy fit and the pins are 1/8"to short [ lock pins will not fit in holes in pins. had to buy 3 new 1 1/4" pins at tractor supply. thumb works good on my jd backhoe.
