Bought this to use as fuel tank for my Vevor Diesel Heater I installed on my building. Works great, excellent size/capacity and quick delivery.

Maybe a bit thin in terms of gauge of steel but couldn’t beat it for the price. Plenty good for upgrading a log splitter

Used to build a portable self-contained hydraulic power unit. Was very pleased to see the quality of this tank. The welds were good, the fittings were as described, the level indicator is clear and easy to read.

Tank is great, but info said 1 1/4 connection port so that is what I bought. It is a 1 1/2 fitting. Very frustrating

Well made. I can't fabricate for the price. I'm going to weld a few more ports in it, only has a 3/8 and 1 1/4". Could use a baffle, but made well overall.

Get ready to spill some hydraulic fluid as the fill spout is meant for quart size bottles but the tank is 15 gallons so you will most likely use 5 gal. buckets like I did. The inlet/outlet that come with this tank are too small to be useful so you will most likely have to weld on some larger ones as you can see in my photos. You will have to cut a hole in this tank and weld on a plate to make it strong enough for your new fitting as this metal tank is thin and I don't know what kind of metal they used but it is not strong as you can see in the filler cap I had to replace several of the screws that came with this tank as they were stripped because the metal is so weak. You will have to take off the filler if you cut holes in this tank to get any metal shavings out. This tank came with a very strong magnet inside to catch any fine metal from the factory. Not bad for what it is but it will not work for anything I can think of without larger inlet/outlet. Almost 4 stars.
