Having a new Ram 2500 I wanted a 2 1/2” hitch so I did not need to use the adapter that came with the truck. I bought a used version of this and my only complaint is it was missing the locking pin.I have used this once so far and it does the job. I like that I can easily adjust the height since I have different trailers with different heights

This adjustable trailer hitch is heavy-duty. I really like that it has a locking mechanism and that it is rated for 14,000 pounds.

Fit and finish is very good. This removable hitch has a lot of adjustments to suit most needs. I couldnt think of a basic situation in which this hitch could not adjust to. The heft gives it the feel of a very strong hitch that should meet the described 14,000 lb rating.

I love the adjustability, the only downside is it isn’t labeled with weight capacity so can’t use it for commercial towing.

my husband is always looking for hitches because I am not sure what he does with them I never know but I ordered this. it doesnt have an actual rating imprinted on it but it seems heavy duty also the balls are not marked for their size. It does have a lock on it with two keys for added security.

This trailer hitch allows for an adjustable 6" rise or drop ball mounting positions. It comes with two permanently mounted hitch balls of 2" or 2-5/16" that are stainless steel. The hitch has a 22,000 lbs. rating. The hitch fits a universal 2" square receiver and comes with a locking pin with two keys. The are also three elastomeric pads that help to minimize vibration in the receiver tube. The hitch body has a black powder coated finish for a long service life. The ball assembly is fixed to the hitch body with included two pins and clips. It’s a good sturdy product. Towed my car trailer to Florida from Illinois. No problems at all.

Carrying and switching between different towing ball hitches to correctly match whatever trailer you need to tow, especially when helping friends and family that have a variety of different trailer tongue heights and ball sizes, can get challenging and expensive so getting this Adjustable Trailer Hitch with 2 integrated ball sizes will simplify towing in the future. This product includes a locking hitch pin with 2 keys which adds value to this specific product. Taking a close look at the welds along the steel joints does show that the welding quality is not the best but good enough to get the job done. Neither of the towing balls is marked with the ball size so I measured to confirm actual sizes which are 2-inch and 2-5/16 inch. Last 4 photos below show measurements of both tow balls of this new hitch plus 2 comparative tow ball sizes from my old single ball hitches. The new 2-inch ball is a bit smaller diameter than a typical 2-inch tow ball but should be adequate. The new 2-5/16” tow ball is nearly identical to my old same sized tow ball.

This hitch is really heavy duty and can handle even heavy travel trailers. It fits my needs perfectly. Easy to adjust and well made. I am so impressed.
