This bad boy has made it so easy for my family to have distilled warer at our disposal at at any time. The only negative would be that the time (2hrs 40mins) it takes to produce 1.5 L. Otherwise, not bad at all.

Product box fully damaged and product inside also disturbed causing lot of fan sound. Attached photo for the same . Pls let us what should I do.

I was pleasantly surprised that this distiller does a great job. My well water after going through an RO system is around 110 ppm. That is a little high for an RO system. It is almost time to replace the filters in my RO system.After pouring the 110ppm water into this distiller, the water comes out consistently at 5ppm. We use this distilled water for our CPAP machines. I highly recommend this distiller.Have a blessed Day,Richard Wendrock

I bought the 760 watt stainless steel model.I am disabled and have great difficulty carrying gallons of water into the house, then into the garage for storing and then back into the house when I need it. The distiller relieves all this. It is easy to use, has good production and is to clean. It makes up to 6 gallons a day which is more than I need . It is much less expensive than to buy at the store as well. I haven’t experienced any problems at all. It is important to follow the simple instructions.sister who is also disabled, has bought one as well.

Not just another clunky machine on the kitchen counter? Well, that, too...but seeing it in action and now better-understanding the constraints of reality, I can see how its configuration is well-wrought. As a comment, the timer allows adjustment so as to prevent the water chamber from running dry...thereby avoiding any need to address caked-on residue that might otherwise occur, such as with a distiller that has only an automatic high-temperature shut-off

This water distiller is great. We use it for making water for plants that need distilled water and for cleaning vinyl records. It does exactly what is needed. It is fast enough for daily use. Any distiller will use a lot of electricity and generate heat, this one seems reasonable on both points. Build quality seems very good.

price, quality, ease of use... its all 5 stars. i recommend to anyone looking for a distiller... it has many uses besides just distilling water

I love this item. I use it at least twice a week. The unit arrived with a slight issue. The unit arrived bent and the inner stainless still pot was breaking away from the outer casing. I was able to snap it back into place but this was a scary moment because This item was not cheap. There are been some slight leaking, but besides these issues, it doesn’t take long to dispense the first liter. I keep it on the default settings. No complaints other than the way it arrived

First of all, the instructions are vague and needs to be better.Second the instructions to assemble the handle are vague and and assembly is a pain.Third the baffle in the underside of the upper unit is a problem. My first batch water spewed out around the gasket. I let it cool and moved the baffle, which was pressing on the steam exit port, I moved completely off the vent and ran my second batch.I finally got the leaking to stop and made my first batch. I notice a little leak so I put a large stainless glass of water on the top of the fan exit. Leak stopped.My third batch I left the glass off and everything worked fine.
