Hard to mount sometimes. Shimming and adjusting required. It needs a concrete walkway to mount to the lowest point.

Have installed three handrails from Vevor
Handrail & hardware, very handy, but included drill bit has a weird square drive shank, would be MUCH better if not had standard SDS + round shank

Seems to be of good quality and will last for a while. If installing in concrete as I did, a hammer drill can be rented to drill the holes. I also used Tapcon anchors instead of the ones provided in the kit.

Pleased with the product overall. However, it arrived with no instructions. Contacting manufacturer on line, I was disappointed to learn there were no instructions, just a diagram of what it looks like after installation. Very surprised and disappointed by that, but was managed to install it with instructions from another manufacturer's web site.

Installed at our church. Everyone loved them. It helps people come down the stairs after communion. People were VERY pleased. Strong and steady

Great product at a reasonable price
Everything included for installation on concrete or wooden steps (including the masonry bit). Easy to install, tool 15 minutes on wooden steps.

Things I liked: Sturdy, high load bearing weight, configuration that accommodates uneven mounting surfaces, tight fitting swivel joints, modern yet retro appearance, two sets of fasteners depending on anchoring surface (i.e. wood versus cement). Things I didn't like: The square stock has visible seams. The kit included an Auniwaig Four Hollow Square Masonry Impact Drill Bit (bit type not stated in instructions) yet it appears that the impact drill that would accommodate this configuration does not exist here in the USA. A small stamped wrench was included yet I never used it. The 2-piece footing coverings are oversized and fit together poorly. A 1-piece design that would fit snuggly around the base would have been better. I fabricated my own instead.

HAND RAIL IS GREAT.. As advertised. My only criticism is the drill bit provide does not work in a normal hammer drill chuck. Had to buy my own bit but other than that it looks great and its firmly mounted with the provided hardware Ken

Finally, a railing that works for a good price.
I have been looking for a well made railing for years. Finally, found this one. So easy to install. Make sure you measure twice before they cut once. I will always be thankful I ran across your website. Thank you

Very good quality and at a great price. Way less costly than the bigger stores. They look as good as the price.
