I was very impressed with the quality of the extractor. Packaged for shipping could have been a little better. It was not damaged, but it got bounced around a bit. The extractor was easy to use and I would highly recommend it to others. 10 out of 10 I would buy again.

I have been keeping honeybees since 1966 and have seen/used a variety of honey extracting equipment. I have found myself in need of a smaller honey extractor as I have sold all of my large-scale equipment. This little extractor is exactly what I was looking for. Quality is good for today's standards. Shipping was quick and it was delivered in great shape. It did, however, arrive missing the two small L brackets that depress the safety switch. I emailed customer services and had to send them pictures of the assembled lids without the parts. Once I satisfied their need for proof of my complaint, they sent the missing parts right away. I could rate this order as a four star, because of the missing pieces and the hassle to correct the problem, but I am giving it all five stars. I do this because it is a fine extractor, performs well, and customer service communicated well and was quick to correct the problem. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend this product.

I was skeptical before ordering, but gave it a shot as my extraction window was closing quickly... I ran 10 frames through the thing and it did fairly well! At least as good as the other big-name extractors I have used. It does appear to be pretty thin and I don't expect it will take a lot of abuse, but neither would any other brand? I think it was a great value for the price, and am looking forward to next years honey season.

I HIGHLY recommend this 3 frame honey extractor, what assembly there is takes about 5-10 minutes. This extractor saves a lot of time while frames are spinning you can do other things. There was no vibration or shaking. This electric extractor will save you at least 50% over spinning by hand.

Extractor works well - only problem is one side of flip up lid does not rest on the barrel as it should.

Went together quickly. I should have used lock tight on the screws for the lid - half of them vibrated off after the first use (I also should have done them better than finger tight!). Only issue I've run into is that I tend to scrape the face of the frame on the lid as I load them in - there's not a lot of clearance there. But I think that's just User Error.

Great product for the money, works flawlessly. Very happy with it! Would recommend to anyone e we go is newer to bee keeping!
