The salad and sandwich prep station does have a few nice features, like the closing doors and a large counter, which provides ample space for food prep. However, the noise level is a big issue. It’s already quite loud, but when the cooling system kicks in, it gets even louder, and to top it off, it makes a grumbling noise when it shuts off. This constant noise makes it difficult to work in a calm environment.
