Good buffer for the money.
Be sure to get the right buffing wheels as most on Amazon are too small shaft diameter to fit the buffer shaft. If you get the wrong buffer wheels they are designed for a spike shaft and not a threaded shaft. Be ready for some vibration if not mounted to a very sturdy surface.

Excellent shipping, and the unit was in the original manufacturers packaging, exactly as advertised. Perfect addition to my jewelry making endeavors! Great power and heavy, relatively quite and base is nice and heavy. The other comments were correct I would recommend going with some different wheels, but that depends on what you are doing with the buffer. I would definitely recommend this seller.

Easy to use and to change the pad
I would recommend a bench for the buffer to be bolted to. It does vibrate when in use. I use the Dewalt portable table. It come with holes in it. I bolt it and unblot it with easy.
