Q: If TV or lift fails with TV at minimum height, is wall bracket still accessible, or can TV be lifted manually, so assembly can be removed to fix or replace as needed?
A: The motor cannot be disassembled. In case of failure of the lowest height, all power shall be cut off, and then press and hold the manual lowering key to reset the motor.
