The most likely reason is that Vevor is connected to a new USB Port. Windows will register Vevor as a "new" printer whenever the USB port changes. Thus when you print to the "old" printer, it simply keeps it in the print queue.

The truth is that all thermal printers can not print any color images, because this kind of printer is using direct thermal technology. It prints with heat, there is why you can not touch the printing head immediately after printing, the printing head would be very hot.

Great Thermal Label Printer for the price, has greatly increased our package production. Wish it would Bluetooth connect to our laptop but works great via tablet and phone.
I purchased this to print instructions and video link labels. Honestly, I wish I got this before my Zebra printer, but that was years ago. This works great, I'm very happy with the label print quality of course the label itself is a factor here too. It's the perfect size for the desk too. The zebra printer is bulky and this thing is sleek and fits nicely on my desk without taking up too much room. I built a small holder for the printer that holds the label roll above so it keeps the footprint very small and efficient.
On a side note, I've purchased a few other Vevor items, and I'm super happy with the brand. Their stuff is very well made for the price point.
For what i thoght was a narrow need, it turned out VERY useful for surprise needs. Now used for non-compyer needs, in storage, kitchen, constuction inventory, etc.
