In preparation for the cold weather that was upon us, I purchased this for the water line in an uninsulated warehouse. Right out of the box I was impressed by the quality of this tape compared to others and the price is just right. The installation was very easy and fast, and I did use the included shipping tape to secure it to the water line but found the tape was losing its stickiness about a week after it was installed although it has held on, perhaps zip ties would be better suited for this. The built-in thermostat has worked great now that it's getting tested on a regular basis and I've had no issues with the pipes freezing. ...See more See less

I bought two of these in 2022. One for the sprinkler pipes at my house and another for the water pipe/spigot outside that’s used for an RV.
