Q: I have been using a New Orleans shaved ice machine for several years and no longer have it available to use.
Can you tell me if this machine will be comparable to that one?
Is the plastic container insulated so that it doesn’t melt?

A: Hello Kim, our products are of good quality. There is a ground wire installed inside the machine. If the temperature inside the machine is too high, the motor will enter the thermal protection state and the machine will stop running.
