Doesn’t only work for Potatoes!
I try to start cutting my food with a cut for leveling the potatoes so it sets in easy. It is also nice for cutting Carrot Sticks, Boiled Eggs. Cucumbers, even onions!The only downside I can think of is that the handle doesn’t stay up on its own when adding the food to the cutting blades.It’s easy to take apart and clean but you do have to take it apart to get it cleaned, downside! Other than that, it has made quick work out of a normally timely process.It also could benefit having more weight at the bottom to keep in place.

Well made, compact and sturdy. Was planning to keep it on my counter top ready to use everyday. Changing the blade was too involved so I sadly returned it. Seller shipped to me quick, made my return easy and quick too. Highly recommend for commercial use as the seller advertised.
