Bought this for a little Jon Boat project and placed this on a sanded & sealed plywood deck which worked out fine. I used some gorilla spray adhesive for extra security and buddy that floor is never coming back up lol. Very comfortable and does NOT heat up in the baking southern US sun.

Very impressed
We bought this to put in the bottom of our aluminum fishing boat bc it got so hot sitting in the sun. It has adhered well, it’s soft and absorbs the sun well now we can walk barefoot without getting scorched. Also spray paints well
