Great Hoist especially with the Wireless Remote. Using it for Garage Lift. No problems and great price. Cheaper and higer capacity than HF and do not have to extend a corded remote.

I purchased this hoist to change out powerheads / long blocks on outboard motors as well as remove and install new motors. The higher horse power outboards weigh in at over 500 lbs. up to 1,000 lbs., that I deal with. doubling the cable works just fine. It is Hung off of a 13 ft tall gantry with Vevor dual trolleys rated at 2200 lbs. each. I did remove and seal the cover with marine grade sealant and lubricate the hoist and trolleys with corrosion inhibitor before use.

I purchased to use to help with the care of my wife. She has passed and I never have used it. Fast shipment. Winch looks to be of good quality and I would recommend the purchase of this winch.

Undersized but reliable

Very quiet running machine. Tested with overload at 260# for the 220# setting and performed well. Very fast as well. Will buy again.

Good value and quality; poor design for how controller attaches

This is a surprisingly nice quality machine for the price. My only complaint is that the control box attaches to the hoist via a 9\" length of power cable, and just dangles there, with no mechanical support beyond the wire. After a single use I could already see the wire starting to fray. I drilled holes through the controller and the side of the hoist and bolted it on (see photos).

Garage lift

Seems to be made pretty solid, hope it works well for a long time. Decent lift weight of 800 lbs and hands free remote.

For shop

It works great, I put it on an I beam, so I had to weld some angle iron onto my trolly then bolt it to the hoist. I like the fact that it is remote controlled. I put the long strap on it so I can rase it above any thing I pull into the shop. Or you would need to put some weight on it so it would lower without having the cable unspool to much while lowering. I set it up for 2200 lb lift

Used this to build an elevator I'm my shop. Works amazingly! Solid design and heavy as sin. Would say however the mounting bracket as roughly made. Additionally, although it doesn't say it in the description, the winch is actually half the lb rating on a single strand and requires a pulley for the listed capacity.
