The drive wheel is 5" in diameter and 2.4" wide. It is crowned to help with belt tracking. It has a 5/8 inch bore with a 3/16 inch keyway.
Tracking Wheel Features
The 4" tracking wheel is 4" in diameter and 2.4" wide. It has three 6201 bearings (1/2") installed in the hub and a spacer between the bearings. This bearing combination allows for tightening the mounting bolts without causing any axial force on the bearings.
Idler Wheel Features
The 2" idler wheels are 2" in diameter, and 2.4" wide. Bearings are placed back to back. A 3/8 inch wide standoff (sleeve) will raise the wheel of the mounting plate.
Convenient Assembly
Assembly is pretty straightforward. Make sure the method you use to mount the wheels does not make contact with the inner and outer races on the bearings, simultaneously causing them to bind.
Wide Applications
